Montelago Land is a direct purchaser of real property. We are not a real estate brokerage, and nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. We buy property for our own account, at prices we determine through our own research.

Any offer we make is free and carries no obligation. All offers are estimates until confirmed in a written purchase agreement, and remain subject to due diligence, property review, and clear title. Closing timelines (including our 7-day emergency close) depend on title work and county processing and are not guaranteed.
